As a life coach and occupational therapist, with over 20 years experience working with children and parents alike, I wanted to recommend a book that is so important to read. Tanya does a masterful job breaking down the concept of how we spend our time in a day. The book teaches you how to think of the way you spend your time and how valuable that really is when you think about your overall life. This is work that I do with many of my clients both young and old; it’s nice to have it portrayed in a rhyming story that’s easy to get and be able to talk about. As a sensory seeker, I enjoyed the visuals and illustrations too!

What a creative way to highlight the importance of time management for not only children but young adults as well. This concept is so important for future success and to be able to highlight it for young children in this fun way is really impressive.
